2006 Honda CBR

This is a great beginner's bike! I can't express how much I like this beast. Quality and performance is amazing. What a beautiful piece of machine.

This bike was more than I could of ever imagined. it is fast, turns heads, and good fuel economy too. I would definately buy another one if i came across a deal like the one I got on here. The comfort is only because i am a big guy.

Nothing beats a Honda! I've owned three honda motorcycles and non have ever given me any major problems. Great reliability and performance. If you are torn between this and a gsxr, don't waste your money, go with Honda!

Needs integrated light signals and needs more safety features otherwise it runs like a charm and feels good........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

I needed to buy a more current motorcycle to replace my '02 Suzuki Katana, which is the first bike that I owned. I am a loyal Honda automobile owner, having owned 2 Hondas and 1 Acura, and felt comfortable staying within the Honda family for a new motorcycle. The 07 CBR600RR was receiving great reviews in the all the motorcycle magazines I subscribe to and I felt comfortable getting a '06 if an '07 did not present itself during my search on Ebay.

I like the styling of this motorcycle and the EFI as my Katana has a carburetor and can start roughly. The handling is very good and maneuvers like a dream.

The rear seat postion and rear foot peg position is not that comfortable I'm told by my regular passenger.

I took the bike to the track and it was underpowered in the straightaways coming off the turns compared to most of the liter bikes most of my group were riding. I had to really gun the engine going into every long straightaway to catch up, every time! It could be also that I weight 220lbs on a 600cc and the other riders weighed less riding liter bikes.

Otherwise a good bike so far.

I bought this bike for my son for a high school graduation gift. He simply loves the bike and spends all of his spare time riding it. It has plenty of power and handles like a dream. He couldn't be happier.
