This was my first car. I got it early but when I graduate, I get the pink slip! One previous owner who put cobra rims and a loud exhaust knew what he was doing because it looks mean. My parents had the windows tinted & I put louvers on the side windows, and let me tell you, I hold the record for being pulled over. Reasons? Dark windows, swirving, Etc. Truth?? It looks mean!! My next wish is to put a cool air intake on it & change exhaust. Performance?? I would have loved a V8, but my folks surprised me with it when I got home from summer vacation. I had the warranty change out the gas tank because filling up was a night mare. It would constantly click off. I guess no one knows the warranty covers that. No problems with that since new tank, but I DO think it affected my gas mileage. The interior is plain and plastic, but the cloth seats are cool with the ponys all over them. Stereo is exceptional for stock. Sounds great! I have had no mechanical problems at all! Other buyers are right about the depreciation, but my folks were very smart and bought it gently used, and it still had bumper to bumper factory warranty which took care of all the little cheap plastic interior issues. I get compliments on my white stallion every single day! You just can't beat the great new design and style of this car. The same guy should have designed the interior, and took more pride in it for the driver. Would I buy it again? I didn't buy this one- It's a definite chick magnet, and I think I would recommend it for the price, but I am ready to step it up a notch, when I am financially ready, I want the Shelby GT 500 or the Roush 427, wich I wouldn't be buying for any better leg room in the back seats. I have to sit on a cushion for I am short and the front seats are LOW, and I don't fit comfortably in the back. NO LEG ROOM! I wouldn't recommend the family road trip in this car. The trunk is huge, again, a little better interior planning. No other complaints other than many MANY trips to the dealer for warranty work on all lil' plastic things inside, Which I am currently changing out for metal a little at a time. All in all- I LOVE my car and am so fortunate to have cool parents to make this my first car experience!! Mom say's do your home work before you buy and consider gently used to avoid that big depreciation hit! Thanks and Happy driving!!!
