What it's Worth - Price Range Information
Just Sold on eBay Motors
The Just Sold on eBay Motors price range represents the lowest and highest completed sale price for this vehicle on eBay Motors within the last 90 days.
Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value Range assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The range represents asking prices that typically occur for the vehicle model throughout the United States, not all vehicles sell for the exact same price, which is why the company also offers a value range. By showing both the low and high ends of the range the company can better reflect whether a given vehicle's asking price varies widely or hardly at all. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. This range includes pricing for used vehicles, not new or late model vehicles.

I have to highly recomend this little bike.
You must first know what you're getting into before you buy.
It is small but nimble. Faster than all but the fastest cars but slower than most sportbikes.
60 mpg and 75 mph crusing is not out of the norm.
Brakes are very good when you learn to apply both progressively so as to not nose-dive. Kawasaki has found a good comprimise between a compliant ride over bumps and cornering stability. The suspension and seating position is comfortable for all under 180 lbs and less than 5'10". Although very capable for others it's just not ideally suited.
Sportbike fun at honda Nighthawk price. Ultra reliable!

This is a perfect starter bike or a fun and comfortable ride for even the most experienced riders. My cousin has a Yamaha R1 and I dont have any problem keeping with him on the corners. Very smooth ride and easy on your back during long trips. Would highly recommend this bike to first time riders.

I didn't purchase this bid. I'm a responsible bidder and buyer. I have never not honor a bid. The pictures of this item doesn't give a true and accurate detail of the product. The listing stated that the engine had a tick. Negative, the engine had a knock, a hard knock. Seller stated only a ticking sound that may require two to three hundred dollars. How about a new motor.

This lil 250 was given to me by my daughter (6/08)because it was to tall for her and she was afraid of it.It had a lillte over 6000 miles I really am more of a cruiser riderthan a sports bike (48 years old riding for 30). I brought this to North Carolina and rode all over west NC, Tn and SC. putting over 1800 miles on it in a week. I rode with a couple of friends that own Harleys (08 deluxe and 83 sporty)and we were all surprised how well it handled the mountains and 200 mile plus trips each day. Kept right up with them too. Since coming back to Daytona I have put another 1800 plus miles on it will no trouble. It has over 10000 miles now. The only problem with it and I guess all these have the same problem is the speedometer is off by about 8%. The rear tire was replaced after about 6000 miles and the front lasted over 9200. For a lil 300 lb bike it just gets a little scary on major hiways when a semi comes upon you but it can ride all day long at 65 -70 MPH. great bang for the buck

I have a 180 mile round trip to get to work each day. So with the soaring price of gas, I decide to look into buy a motorcycle to drive a couple of day a week. After looking at a couple of different models online, one of the most fuel efficient was the Ninja 250 boasting nearly 70 mpg. I went to several motorcycle dealer around only to learn that it was next to impossible to buy a Ninja 250. This is probably due in part to the gas mileage and to the updated styling that makes the 08 an awesome looking entry level sport bike. They tried to sell me on a 500, but I would not be able to get nearly the gas milage plus the 250 was just a flat out better looking bike. So, I decided to give ebay a shot, and yes there you could find one. One problem though, since the demand was high you would have to be willing to pay more for the bike than it sold for at the dealership. I would have to settle for a old model, but now I don't think I settled at all. I found an 04 with 1124 miles. I could not be more pleased with it. Instead of only riding it a couple of days a week, I ride it whenever possible. The gas mileage is just as stated. I average about 72 miles to the gallon. I would recommend this bike to anyone. It has plenty of power (bear in mind, I'm 39 and never rode street bikes before) and it is a decent looking bike.

I love this bike, sooo much power. Feels comfortable when riding-I rode it for 155 miles the day I picked it up to drive it home and felt barely cramped-(great for a sport bike). I've owned alot of very fast bikes(ZX10, Hurricane 1000, ZX-7, GSXR 750, ZX6RR, GSXR 600, and FZ600) and this one is way faster. It handles very good for such a large machine and when I put on new tires, I think it will improve that by alot. My ZX6rr was better at handling, but very cramped to ride. I like the feel of a larger bikes-The 1990 ZX10 was a great bike to ride but old technology (I'm spoiled by fuel injection), loud to start in the mornings when going to work. My wife says the footpegs are a little high but the seat is very comfortable. Great bike overall and I'd highly recommend it to anyone-

1989 Kawasaki Ninja: These Bikes Still are amazing!! The Beast of 89' $$$

For anyone over 30.... you remember when the whole cafe racer, crotch rocket, rice burners came on to the scene in the mid to late 80's. This model the ZX10 or ZX 1000, is truly a neat bike, the 1000 delivers raw power, and smooth riding. These bikes still can hang with most bikes out there. My first bike was a 95 ZX6R, and then I had a 99 ZX9R, now I have this 1989 ZX10, and I could not be more happy with it, it is a little bulky and heavier than todays offerings, but that is a small price to pay! These motors are awesome performers, low mid and top torque! I still love the old school Kaws and Hurricanes. This bike will get attention anywhere, and it can back itself up if it has to. So if you have the chance to snag one of these bikes, do so, you will not regret it!! God Bless America! Ride Safe!
