What it's Worth - Price Range Information
Just Sold on eBay Motors
The Just Sold on eBay Motors price range represents the lowest and highest completed sale price for this vehicle on eBay Motors within the last 90 days.
Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The range represents asking prices that typically occur for the vehicle model throughout the United States, not all vehicles sell for the exact same price, which is why the company also offers a value range. By showing both the low and high ends of the range the company can better reflect whether a given vehicle's asking price varies widely or hardly at all. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. This range includes pricing for used vehicles, not new or late model vehicles.

This bike comes out of the box ready for any style of riding you throw at it. It hugs the corners like it is cemented to the road, even at high speeds. The brakes are balanced and powerful, yet, subtile enough that they don't throw you out of a corner or have you heading over the front cowl. With flexible suspension adjustments, both front and rear, it is easy to set this bike up for your ideal riding style and weight. The HESD system, aka, the "Honda Electronic Steering Damper" is not truly noticed until higher speeds are achieved, normally anything above 60 MPH. The dash cluster is easy to read and understand, even when you are humming down the road. The CBR's power is delivered quickly and smoothly throughout the powerband. From the factory, there is a lack of torque in the low end of the rev's, but, this can be corrected with the normal modifications that most sportbike owners install regardless, i.e., power commander, exhaust, and air filter. One thing that really helps this motorcycle stand out from the rest is the quality. Unsurpassed reliability and the overall fit and finish is second to none. While similar model sportbikes start showing their age at 10,000 to 15,000 miles, the 1000RR runs like it did from day one, regardless what the odometer says. If you are looking for a bike with race ready features and handling, street rideability and comfort, and a machine that outlasts the majority of it's late model competitors, the CBR 1000RR is definately a wise choice.

This is a great overall package of style, comfort, and performance. The bike is much more comfortable to ride verses some of the other bikes I have ridden. Specifically I owned a 2001 R6 and now own a 2006 R1; the F4i puts your seat a little lower creating less stress on the back (I am 6'0 220 lbs). I have other friends who are shorter who feel the bike fits them better as well and can be easily adjusted with aftermarket links if you really want it dialed in. The F4i is forgiving and easy to ride making it a good starter bike for the rider with a little experience. Don't let that fool you to think it is not fast....IT IS. The powerband is typical for a 600 but having the reliability of Honda Engineering underneath the bodywork makes this package a great combination. What is also good is that the basic design has been in production from 01-06 giving you the opportunity to get parts cheaper than some other bikes. I highly recommend the bike for anyone looking for a comfortable ride with solid performance. It is a blast to ride!

After passing 15k on my cbr I have a good understanding of this bikes abilities. From the first time you throw your leg over, it's evident that this bike was built to rip right out of the box. Being my fifth Honda should tell you about the reliability aspect. This is a bike that will take care of you with regular oil changes and minimal maintenance. Fresh tires are your biggest expense. (Trust me it's worth every penny) Michelin Pilots were my fav's. The light low center of gravity give this bike the flickability you would expect from a Honda. This bike is hard to pass even for the bigger cc competitors out there(The straits are a different story) carving through the canyon's this bike is in it's element. Very powerful for a 600 and forgiving at the same time. This bike does everything it was designed to do. Let's face the facts long 8 hour plus rides are not one of them. The longer commutes to my fav spot's are taking a toll on my back as the years go on. I still enjoy carving the mountains. My riding style may be changing, my love for riding will never change.

This is a nice motorcycle for my needs - It is my first bike and it has enough power to what I need and want but it is not so powerful as to be difficult to control. Don't get me wrong the power and speed are amazing and it handles very well.

I love the freedom, gas mileage, agility, and speed. I don't like that it started sputtering on high rpms, but hopefully I could fix that with some maintenance. Overall I highly recommend this motorcycle.

It was a good price and low miles is why I bought. Never got to see it. I won the bid but it was sold to a local I guess. The seller did not cancel the auction, maybe did not have time I don't know. I called to ask a question before the auction ended and was told it was sold. I had already put a bid in and it turned out to be the last one and it did win the bidding. Disappointed, looked like a good bike and it was just what I wanted.
