2005 Honda VTX

I have driven many bikes over the years and for the money I haven't found anything that competes with Honda cycles

We purchased this bike a couple of weeks ago and are very impressed with how beautiful it is! This bike rides very smooth and handles well. We are extremely happy we purchased this bike and would do business with the seller in the future. This bike is everything the seller said it would be and more. Again we are happy with our purchase.

This bike is perfect. It is my first bike and the seller made it as smooth a transition as possible. I decided to buy it because the bike was used (didnt really want a brand new one) and it was in great condition with low miles. The extras on the bike were fantastic. From the wind shield to the saddle bags, to the highway pegs, to the helmets and the cover for the bike it was great! No complaints out of this buyer.

I bought this Honda VTX 1300 because my son owned one and we wanted to do a few bike trips together. I looked at several other brands of motorcycles, but I could not see spending so much more money for something that wasn't any better than what my son had. In the end I paid just over $5,000 for this bike, the seller took it in for the maint work, since it had such low miles (just over 1,000 miles) and was three years old he wanted to besure everything was up to speed for me (what a great thing to do). The bike itself rides great, has plenty of power, and handles great, the mileage isn't the greatest, but it is a 1300, so I guess the fuel has to go somewhere.... The bike came with a windshield and a back rest, so all I had to do was buy some saddlebags and I was ready for a trip. I am going to install a set of handle bar risers to get the bars rearward just a tad (it's a comfort thing), but the forward controls are perfect for long trips, I will be adding a set of highway bars w/ pegs for even more comfort on the road... After you add up the price my son and I paid for both our bikes and the price of all the add ons we put on them (my son has lots of chrome on his, and man does it look sweet) we still have money left over to pay for fuel for the year from what we would have paid for just one Harley, and it's a lot more comfortable with each of us having our own bike, instead of riding together on just one bike ;-)

The bike was in great shape. Few miles and the last owner to care of the machine. No major issues. The bike was priced great and it's a good gas saver in today world. Honda is a great Mfg and very reliable machine to work with.

I bought a $9000 item from Troy, he was very honest throughout the whole process. This was my first time on ebay and I was very lucky to Troy walk me through the process. I have a 2005 vtx 1300 R and I'm really pleased with it.I bought a 2005 harley sportester frist and was not pleaseed with it at all,so get this a guy that worked at honda wanted to trade me fr my sporty so I took it out for a spin and thats all it took. TO make a long story short I did.I put a set Samson long cannons Dyno Jet kit and K&N filter and it runs supper,from a 5&10 mile an punch it's unbeievlable it just flat out flys.I've put so much chrome on it really looks good, I've been to alot of poker runs and when riders on harley comments on it it makes me feel good,so YA!
