What it's Worth - Price Range Information
Just Sold on eBay Motors
The Just Sold on eBay Motors price range represents the lowest and highest completed sale price for this vehicle on eBay Motors within the last 90 days.
Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value Range assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The range represents asking prices that typically occur for the vehicle model throughout the United States, not all vehicles sell for the exact same price, which is why the company also offers a value range. By showing both the low and high ends of the range the company can better reflect whether a given vehicle's asking price varies widely or hardly at all. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. This range includes pricing for used vehicles, not new or late model vehicles.

I own a 2003 Saturn Vue and it has been a wonderful vehicle!! it has a VTI transmission which means it is a super smooth ride because you can not feel it change gears. It is a very roomy reliable vehicle and it is also very good on gas. I highly recommend this vehicle. mine is all wheel drive and it is great in bad weather as well!!

2008 Saturn Vue: 2008 Saturn Vue XR AWD

The 2008 Saturn Vue XR AWD performs flawlessly in good and bad weather. The 257 HP 3.6L VVT engine and 6 speed automatic transmission has the low end torque to cruise effortlessly at 1900 RPM on the open highway and will rev right to 6500 when the pedal is floored, delivering mid 7 second 0-60 mph times. With automatic All Wheel Drive and Stabilitrak its very hard to get it out of shape on the slickest of roads, as I found out in a recent severe storm outbreak.

Likes are Power, Ride and handling are excellent for an SUV, interior space is good as is rear seat leg room and head room. Lots of interior storage. Very good fit and finish.

Dislikes are no adjustment on the Passenger seat, even in the highest trim level, the speedometer goes to a ridiculous 140 mph (Though the car does feel it will go almost this fast) with no 5 mph graduations so you have to guess if you are going 64 or 74 or 67 or 77. At least the speedo is very stable, but the face was designed by someone who either doesn't actually drive a car or that lives in a country without speed limits. Lack of a liftgate opener on the keyfob is a miss in 2008, too. It seems that most of the Vue's competitors have this, but the Vue does not.

All in all the 2008 Vue is a great small SUV with a lot of major hits and minor misses.

2005 Saturn Vue: Redline is Top of the Line

I love how quick and responsive the engine and transmission are in the redline version of the 2005 Saturn Vue. The Honda made 250hp V6 and 5 speed transmission really pull the vehicle up to speed in a hurry. THe 18" wheels and lowered suspension really hug the road through the corners in a way I haven't felt before in another SUV. The cabin is spacious for ALL passengers. I am 6'5" and have NO problem with room or comfort. The rear seats reclining slightly is just enough for a very comfortable sit. I love the towing capabilities and the cargo room is more than enough with the back seats folded. I have the 6 disc 7 speaker MP3 sound system and it is top notch as well. I have had the Bose systems in trucks from GM and it is comprable to the quality of that system. This vehicle is really a great buy, and I love the low accents on the exterior of the Redline. The front grille and back bumper and exhaust really make the Redline edition a nice looking SUV, that you can have a lot of fun driving.

Purchased this car new, Great price with rebates. Mainly a tow vehicle. After 120K driven and nearly as many towed with all 4 wheels on ground I just purchased a used 2006 just like it. You just cant beat this car for the price, Reliability and low maintaince cost.

I like Saturn vehicles in general, first of all. The Vue was a nice way of getting more cargo room. The 2003 model is one of the earlier SUV models and it is apparent in some of the features of the vehicle. The cargo cover, to my understanding, is no longer available for this model. It use to go from side to side versus starting at the back seat and going foward as most cargo covers do today. Another proof of Saturns early entry into the SUV world. Yet, it is still a nice vehicle. V6 drives nicely. Haven't had any transmission problems with it at all, although I have read one should be care with V4's, however. My sons does appreciate the tented windows...no need for baby shades anymore which is great.

I love having all wheel drive in a fuel efficient vehicle. I'm spoiled... my other vehicle is Ford Lariat F-150 w/all the options. So I HAD to have heated seats like my Ford. I can afford to fill the tank up on this one! It handles great and gets me everywhere. There's lots of room. The passenger seat folds down and has a desk-type recess for your laptop. They thought of everything! I can't think of anything I DON'T like. I bought one with high miles, but I'm not worried since it has the same engine that is in the Honda Pilot. The Honda engines run forever. Hubby has an Accord with 180K miles and it runs like new. So buy the Vue. It's a better value than the Honda CR-V or Toyota Rav4. (My daughter has a 2002 Honda CR-V. She paid $3k more for it than I did my '04 Vue. Both vehicles have similar miles.) So go to EBay and start shopping. BTW, I highly recommend Victoria at Smartbudget Autos!!

I love the car! I hope I can buy another one just like it the next time I buy one! The seats for a small person are perfect for me. I love the color, and that is why I bought this model. It does not handle too well on ice. The cup holders are too low, but I have made arrangements to make it fit me. I tried to get the console changed, but the new year's models don't. There is plenty of room in the back, and on top with the luggage rack. The only other problem was with the windshield wipers not working when I bought the car. The motor was replaced for free.... I have had two accidents with the car (deer and ice) and so far so good!) I love it.....

Very smooth ride and reliable. I get much better gas mileage than I expected, with the four cylinder front wheel drive, automatic. The performance and handling are very good, turns are very stable, but I wouldn't enter it in drag races. Good on hills and surprisingly good in snow. I've had mine for 3 years and plan to keep it for a while before trading to a newer model.

2003 Saturn Vue: SATURN VUE V6 2003

I bought my used SATURN VUE V6 '03 model just 3months ago, and since I have invested in over a thousand dollars in repairs.
First the wheel bearing gave in, about 1 week from purchase and I said, "Ok, these might wear off sometimes" then a week later the engine interior oil coolant busted, leaking motor oil to all my cooling system almost making it a total engine loss. VERY EXPESIVE TO FIX. Then came the transmission leaks, then came some noises from suspension, then the same wheel bearing gave in AGAIN!
Had it under warranty but the car has been more times in the shop than in my garage.
Car has good power, so-so on gas (v6), nice design interior and exterior, love the groceries utility box on the trunk, and I love that its an affordable mid-sized suv.
Need to improve on overall quality on its parts.
