What it's Worth - Price Range Information
Just Sold on eBay Motors
The Just Sold on eBay Motors price range represents the lowest and highest completed sale price for this vehicle on eBay Motors within the last 90 days.
Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The range represents asking prices that typically occur for the vehicle model throughout the United States, not all vehicles sell for the exact same price, which is why the company also offers a value range. By showing both the low and high ends of the range the company can better reflect whether a given vehicle's asking price varies widely or hardly at all. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. This range includes pricing for used vehicles, not new or late model vehicles.

Really love the Camry. It's my 3rd one. Gave my son my older 2000 Camry. Have had no issues with any of them outside of regular maintenance. It's no wonder Toyota vehicles have such a high re-sale value... they are so much less trouble than any other make I've owned!

The car is superb passed all inspection. Even though it was a great bid deal and i was aware of the dent and damages on the vehicle i will say this, the overall price i ended up paying for the car was $9200.00 I think the taxes were high as being charged by him but that is just my personal opinion. Overall the car drives great, good on gas, had warranty and every other detail as specified in the ebay ad. Apart from the taxes on the car at 8.25 % included with lot fee, inventory fee, and doc fee, and some other unnecessary fees i just thought was only for title and registration and inspection. It was a good buy and a great seller as well

i prchased the 2005 toyota camry about 3 months ago. i looked in the lcoal newspapers and i visited severak car dealerships.i was looking at hondas, toyotas, and volvos. no matter where i looked the prices were better on e-bay.
i live in columbia,sc. i purchased the vehicle from a private owner, who lives in atlanta,ga. i rented acar and drove to marietta,ga just outside atalnta. the owner met me at the car rental place. he had a bill of sale all made out and we signed it. My loan company paid the balnce off with his credit company sent him a chack by me for the rest. every thing went smoothly. i wouldn't hesitate to do it again. the car had a few paint chips but i can take care of that. the owner had it services regularly and kept all the paperwork. the car had new tires. it's a smooth riding car.

I have a 2002 with 85K on it. Absolutely no problems. I bought this vehicle on EBay, because of the seller's rating, and the cars track record. It came without a warranty, but I don't expect to need one.
p.s. I saved $5000 plus compared to blue book.

2005 Toyota Camry: Great car to buy as a new vehicle

We purchased this vehicle new, and I would suggest buying it new instead of as a used vehicle. We bought a loaded 4 cylinder XLE with leather, side air bags, etc. The car is now over 3 years old, and we have not had a single need for service for anything other than maintenance, and a set of tires. The Toyota has excellent accelleration for the 4 cylinders, and fantastic gas milage. Why buy the 6 cylinder with the current the price of gas? We paid about $22.1K and added an extended warranty, getting over $4K off the list price. Similar items on EBay are asking$16-18K for a used vehicle. Why not buy new if it only depreciating $2K a year?

I like the vhicle because although it is damaged, I did not have to spend more than I budgetted to fix it. The seller was helpful towards the end of the transaction, not as much as in the beginning. In the beginning there was some element of doubt and mistrust which did not come accross too well. Overall the vehicle was nice and I will do business again with seller.

2005 Toyota Camry: 2005 Toyota Camry SE - SALVAGE TITLE VEHICLE

I recently purchased the 2005 Toyota Camry SE as a new/used commuter vehicle. The car was listed as an extreemly low-mile vehicle equipped with a four cylinder engine and a five speed manual transmission. I was attempting to cut back on my driving expenses which were running in the $25.00 dollar range per day for my 100 mile round trip commute. The car was accurately discribed as a Salvage Title vehicle, resulting from a side swipe collision that did not result in air-bag deployment. The Camry had been repaired and inspected in California prior to the E-bay listing and sale.
I have been very happy with my purchase and the car has performed flawlessly. This is the second Salvage Title vehicle that I have purchased from the same seller and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. I chose this seller based on his 100% positive feedback - in excess of 300 positive ratings. My seller helped arrange shipping from California to Minnesota, and my only complaint was the time it took to receive the vehicle (over 30 days), however that was due to one car transporter backing out because he could not arrange a full load north from CA in a timly manner, due to the recent fires out there. The actual transport time with the second shipper that my seller made arrangements for was 15 days. I was able to purchase the completely repaired - 7,500 mile vehicle for about one-half of the blue book value because of the stigma attached to a "prior salvage" notation on the title card. I would highly recommend this type of purchase if you research the prior damage (avoid major structural damage) and find an honest seller.

2005 Toyota Camry: Good Car

I purchased a camry with a salvage title and all in all it was still an ok deal. The only problem I have was the pictures did not detail the many dings (from the transport company's manifest), nor did it show one of the other body problems from the picture (rt side by the wheel well is pressed in). There was grease on the inside and it had a bad smell. I did manage to get the vehicle detailed and it is less of a problem. I believe the vehicle was restored to a new status however after taking the car in within the first 20-50 miles I had to put new brakes on it. The dealer informed me the vehicle has 4 windows from a 2002 model. I purchased a 2005 model on ebay? The dealer also informed me only 2 centimeter of brake was left in the rear(front had 10cm)? The car had 7000 miles on it (approx). The rear brakes had to be replaced. It looks like the vehicle was restored with old used parts? The person that sold me the vehicle was kind and nice and managed to get it to me as requested. The title was lost and he managed to resend it within an additional wk. He was a pleasure to deal with however I just wish I knew everything up front. The car was still a good value but it's not a restored vehicle "as good as new"
