What it's Worth - Price Range Information
Just Sold on eBay Motors
The Just Sold on eBay Motors price range represents the lowest and highest completed sale price for this vehicle on eBay Motors within the last 90 days.
Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The range represents asking prices that typically occur for the vehicle model throughout the United States, not all vehicles sell for the exact same price, which is why the company also offers a value range. By showing both the low and high ends of the range the company can better reflect whether a given vehicle's asking price varies widely or hardly at all. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. This range includes pricing for used vehicles, not new or late model vehicles.

I've had the car for about 1 year. Has been nothing but good to me. No issues at all. Bought it with 110k miles, now has 126k. With regular maintenance, this car will run forever! Extremely impressed with off-road capabilities even when completely stock. Much improved with better tires (BFG A/T) and a small lift (OME). My only dislike is comfort on long drives (4+ hours). Lots of power, good mpg, rides awesome, super strong, and very practical!

After tent camping for the first time with some friends who had a popup, we were hooked - both on camping and that we would eventually get a pop-up. Not knowing much about towing, trucks, camping, etc, we went hunting for a vehicle that was: 1. powerful enough to pull the largest Fleetwood popup (~5000 lbs) - we weren't sure which to get, but everyone we talked to recommended Fleetwood (formerly Coleman), 2. had the best gas mileage towing & not towing (2 wheel drive is better on gas), 3. comfortable for a family of 4, 5. safe/reliable record with low maintenance, 6. smoothest ride for a truck, 7. that would last for 250K miles or more, and 8. priced no more than $15k at the time (3 years ago).

Turned out a 2001 Toyota 4Runner was it. We have tent camped quite a bit since then, towing a 4x8 covered trailer (maybe 2000lbs total), but never bought the popup (were blessed with a third child instead). We kept it as long as we could, but finally had to get the kids more room with a minivan. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs Class III towing without a V8 guzzler, but only for 4 people. It's a great ride.

After the purchase I did all the maintenance that was due to bring everything up to date. A few weeks later the daytime running lamps would come on at anytime killing the battery, after taking it to Toyota numerous times which was 10 out of twelve days they thought they had it fixed. At this time I would not know because I traded it in for a new Hummer. The 4runner was a nice vehicle but you can only put up with problems for so long before it gets old. I should not have bought a non GM product in the first place.
