What it's Worth - Price Range Information
Just Sold on eBay Motors
The Just Sold on eBay Motors price range represents the lowest and highest completed sale price for this vehicle on eBay Motors within the last 90 days.
Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The range represents asking prices that typically occur for the vehicle model throughout the United States, not all vehicles sell for the exact same price, which is why the company also offers a value range. By showing both the low and high ends of the range the company can better reflect whether a given vehicle's asking price varies widely or hardly at all. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. This range includes pricing for used vehicles, not new or late model vehicles.

I have spent the better part of a year researching and considering the purchase of either a Porsche, BMW (I have had three)or a Lexus. I went with the Porsche because it is a real sports car. The Porsche rated tops in repair frequency (least repairs) in a recent survey and that was a big factor. Performance and quality of product in relation to the price can't be beat! This baby purrs like a kitten and runs like a cat!

2006 Porsche 911: My experience

What’s not to like! However, I purchased a boxter s which had a sticker value of $63,245. plus taxes and insurance, the car from the Collection in Coral Gables, Fl, and by the first month, I heard an annoying noise which I immediately took for repair and the noise was undetectable for the next three (3) times which I returned to complain about the same noise. Finally, a mechanic drove the car with me and we went up into their garage when finally the noise was obvious to the mechanic as we were in a hollow place. The issue was the clutch cylinder was getting stuck and when it was released the cylinder kept circling and causing the noise.

This was immediately replaced and the situation was corrected. Later, I had an issue with the ashtray and cup holder sticking, the window not going up and down and the motor needed to be replaced.

This was not a car that I drive as primary as the car is a 2003 and it currently has 14,000 miles, and I was a bit disappointed from all of the issues. All of my cars have been purchased brand new and I had never had so many issues…as a matter of fact, I still own and drive my Jeep Cherokee 1998…and it’s in perfect condition.

But, would I purchase another Porsche in the future…I don’t know..
