Just Sold on eBay Motors The Just Sold on eBay Motors price range represents the lowest and highest completed sale price for this vehicle on eBay Motors within the last 90 days.
Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The range represents asking prices that typically occur for the vehicle model throughout the United States, not all vehicles sell for the exact same price, which is why the company also offers a value range. By showing both the low and high ends of the range the company can better reflect whether a given vehicle's asking price varies widely or hardly at all. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. This range includes pricing for used vehicles, not new or late model vehicles.
My first love was my 1977 Trans Am! I miss the feeling of being wrapped in black vinyl, peeking over the black vinyl steering wheel and seeing that BEAUTIFUL "BIRD" on the hood wrapping it's wings around the hole in the hood where the 'scoop' peeked out to give the car it's sporty look. I miss the sound of mine, with the small hole in the exhaust...it was deep and gave me chills when I pressed the gas. I miss the hours I spent cleaning the 'sparkly' silver interior with a q-tip; ensuring the vents were clean as were the gauges. The interior sparkled like diamonds....diamonds ARE a girls best friend!! The clock never worked; but I didn't care. I prided myself in having an 8-track player even if I didn't have any tapes. The outside was even nicer... the front...when you looked at it...it came to life as you peered into the headlights. It had a personality...and peering into the front end, I felt like it was telling me, "I'm mean when I have to be", and the flares on the bottom just wrapped up the emotions like a smirk from a kid. The back of it looked completely innocent...but made you want to drive around and see more of this beautiful machine. It's clean lines and hints of "power" that could only be felt when you climbed behind the wheel and turned the key. The 400ci engine woke up with a soft roar....
It was NOT the best car in Silver (mine was originall then became black)...and it was even WORSE on wet/icy roads...NOT a car to be stuck up north in!!
GOD I loved my 1977 Trans Am...and after 18 years....I still long to have it back...no other car has ever filled that place in my heart!!!
