What it's Worth - Price Range Information
Just Sold on eBay Motors
The Just Sold on eBay Motors price range represents the lowest and highest completed sale price for this vehicle on eBay Motors within the last 90 days.
Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The range represents asking prices that typically occur for the vehicle model throughout the United States, not all vehicles sell for the exact same price, which is why the company also offers a value range. By showing both the low and high ends of the range the company can better reflect whether a given vehicle's asking price varies widely or hardly at all. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. This range includes pricing for used vehicles, not new or late model vehicles.

1969 Plymouth Road Runner: A GOOD REASON TO BUY ON E-BAY

what i liked best was i bought a 69 roadrunner for 20,000.00 that with a small amount of cash and work will be worth 30,000.00. With todays stock markets the way they are it is a good investment. If you look at the prices of cars ,and the reason alot are being sold on E-BAY it all goes back to the stock markets from what I see..(buy low sell high)..

The rust was more extensive than expected. The gas tank had a leak with the vent return line capped. The exhaust was cut short and directed onto the gas tank. The emergency brake line was tied off short. The front left sway bar was hanging by one loose bolt. Shift linkage for the automatic transmission was run too close to the block and wrapped with aluminum foil. The oversize tires rub in a turn. The drive shaft has a click/knock. The battery tie down was missing. It was loose and wedged on the block. The heater core leaks inside the car. The rust that was repaired was only superficial over patching as evident on the lift. Over spray everywhere to mask poor work/restoration. The demo pictures are not sufficient to make a good decision on value with a purchase like this. I'm sure there will be other surprises when the car is completely torn down for a thorough evaluation.
I paid too much going in to the project, but this car will be primo after the complete salvage/restoration to the numbers.

I bought a GTX from Best of show in Ohio.Have almost $60000 in the car .It was advertised as restored..I live in NC so my wife and i flew to Ohio to see the car., It look great but we cant drive it because its in the middle of his show rooms with cars all around it..We did crank it..So again i made the mistake of buying a car / a high $$$ car with out driving it.I guess here again its my fault for trusting people so i will just suck it up & go on.By the way cant get anybody to email me back just to answer some questions / NOT PAY FOR ANY SHORT COMINGS..Mostly little things like head lights not working correctly/ console not tight/power windows not working or slow/ brakes not working/ ad says he replaced bearings in rear end, they were a little noisey.I dont think they were replaced & even if they were the noise was coming from the rear end itself. They say they do restore cars just wonder way they didnt check out my car before they shipped it to me/It had bugs on the bumper so i know someone there knew about the short comings. But with all this said the car has been corrected and i now can enjoy it ...Just be more careful than i when buying a high # 2 car... R . Grady

The big thing we found out when looking at vehicles, was if you could not see it in person, a lot of flaws could be disquised and not disclosed in the sale. This person represented it well and was easy to talk to and willing to show the vehicle before placing a bid on it. He represented it well and did not hide any problems or actual conditions of the vehicle. The transaction went smoothly. The vehicle needed some work in order to drive, but we knew that when purchasing, so that was not an issue.

Overall, the big thing was we did look at other vehicles being sold at the time and some were not represented correctly. It is very hard to look at a picture of a vehicle and see that something has been freshly painted over to look like a new part or that body work (filler) was used extensively. This vehicle was correctly represented which was wonderful to find, especially when you travel over 200 miles to look at a vehicle.
