2001 Mercedes-Benz M-Class

After doing extensive research in newspaper, websites and others, I decide to look into ebay for this particular vehicle that I am looking for. Found numerous listings. Contacted a couple of them but found unreliable until this seller. It is a great car, roomy enough for 5 and drives really well. The one I bought has over 100,000 miles on it but still drives very well. MB can last for a long time if you take care of it.

Car has 65,000 miles and starting to fall apart. Fluids are leaking from every source and the SUV rides like a truck. My Ford Expedition has a better ride. 20 miles per gallon is the best on the highway from a 6 - pathetic. These Suv's are made in Alabama and it shows - these should not be called Mercedes. I also have a 1990 420sel that is ten times the vehicle that this POS is.

this is my second car ,i bought it from ebay , i was very pleased to bought it.i'm living at california and i bought it from oklahoma,but it was not a problem to me , i have a friend their ,his name is gaby ,he help me so much to pickup the car.

I had a ML430 for a while because I loved the winter capabilities of the vehicle. With decent rubber, the M-class does outstanding in the snow and ice!! It does have excellent overall handing and braking, too. Unfortunately, Mercedes quality is pure junk. Once the car hits 50k miles, it is a parts car. This has been my experience with the German cars, I'm sad to say. I really like the look of them and how they drive, but the quality is aweful. The only reliable Luxury cars are Acura and Lexus. When I gave up on the German cars, I bought a Lexus SUV which performs well, but is not as fun to drive as the German vehicles. None-the-less, I'm tired of having vehicles that need repaired every month (even with 50-60k mi) so I'm finally going with something reliable. The fact that ML430 oil changes were over $100 at the Mercedes dealership is a real turn-off, too. The little display that has your fuel info between the vanity mirrors will cost you over $500 when it goes out! Everything little thing with these vehicles will cost a small fortune. There's a reason why the resale value on them is so poor.
