Just Sold on eBay Motors The Just Sold on eBay Motors price range represents the lowest and highest completed sale price for this vehicle on eBay Motors within the last 90 days.
Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The range represents asking prices that typically occur for the vehicle model throughout the United States, not all vehicles sell for the exact same price, which is why the company also offers a value range. By showing both the low and high ends of the range the company can better reflect whether a given vehicle's asking price varies widely or hardly at all. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. This range includes pricing for used vehicles, not new or late model vehicles.
Love it for - the styling. This car has all the beauty of a Jag, in a smaller and more affordable package. Inside, the wood trim, leather seating and controls are all quality controls and well placed.
Hate it for - the transmission. At only 9,000 miles, I had to have the transmission replaced. Although it was under warranty, I must admit that this repair doesn't bode well for Jag. Plus it's only been 1,000 miles since the replacement and the shifting is already uneven between gears.
Other little problems - Both key fobs have already had problems. I was sent a letter by Jag that they were recalled, but that was 6 months ago and the dealer still hasn't gotten my replacements in. Both visor mirrors stopped closing within the first month of having the car.
Jag Dealer - It might just be my dealer, but they don't install a lot of confidence in their brand. They weren't surprised about the transmission, mirrors or keys. And, while my car was in the shop for 2 weeks, they gave me a Ford Taurus. All other luxury places I've dealt with give you a loaner of similar stature when your car is in the shop.
I've had a Mercedes and a Lexus and was very excited to finally drive a Jag. But I will not buy another one. The brand and the mechanics just don't live up to the beautifully designed car that this is.
