2005 Jaguar S-Type

THE ABOVE MENTIONED VEHICLE IS PART OF A LAWSUITE AGAINST JAGUAR USA JAGUAR CREDIT AND NU ERA SERVICES (THE HENCHMEN JAGUAR HIRED THAT DAMAGED MY OTHER JAGUAR A 96 XJR). THIS VEHICLE IS PAGUED WITH TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS, TOUCH SCREEN PROBLEMS (IN 5 TIMES FOR REPAIRS AND A LEMON UNDER THE LAW) AND AS WELL AS OTHER PROBLEMS. JAGUAR USA AND JAGUAR CREDIT WOULD NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY AND CAME UP WITH EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AS TO NOT FIXING THE VEHICLE. IT WAS GIVEN BACK TO JAGUAR CREDIT AFTER THEY REFUSED TO MAKE REPAIRS OR DISCOUNT THE VEHICLE TO 5000$. THEY SAID THEY WOULD MAKE REPAIRS AND RESELL IT BUT THEY DID NOT MAKE THE NEEDED REPAIRS BUT THEY DID HAVE NU ERA SERVICES RESELL IT FOR 5500$ TO AN UNSUSPECTING BUYER. THIS VEHICLE IS ALSO THE SUBJECT OF A COMPLAINT FILED WITH THE NYS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. IF YOU BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE YOU BOUGHT A LEMON AND JAGUAR USA JAGUAR CREDIT AND NU ERA SERVICES KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE SELLING YOU. This is very well equipped vehicle. No complaints. This car feel like it was custom built for me. The adjustable pedals make this car feel perfect for all sized people.

I have been looking for a V-8 car with decent EPA highway mileage. When I came across this car I was thrilled with the stated 29 MPG on the highway, right now I am getting 30-32 MPG. Jaguar is a wonderful work of art, the leather workmanship is second to none. The ride is very smooth and I love the hunter green color. I have only owned this vehicle for about a month but I love everything about it. i will recommend this Jaguar 4.2 V-8 to anyone looking for a reliable ride.

Very classy car and travels both as a driver and passenger really great. The best part of the seats is all of the various positions can be. With air conditioner on during a recent trip for 1200 miles the vehicle performed at 30 mpg. We absolutely love the car.

The handling and comfort of the ride is wonderful! My husband likes it better than any car he has owned and he has owned quite a few luxury cars.

We had researched this vehicle type over the last 4-5 years, and had driven some. We were not in a position to purchase one 5 years ago. Although we could afford to purchase a new one now, we found this particular vehicle perfectly clean, just "broken in", and a great price. It has very comfortable seating & back support - for even a tall man, and has a much more comfortable ride than the BMW's in it's class. Back seat ride is also smooth. Handling is great, very quick to respond at the wheel, and accelerator. Brake stopping is also good for the weight of the car. Interior is practical,serviceable, and beautiful. Trunk space will allow much more than I expected...we have a wheel chair, and golf clubs to sometimes go in there-and everything fits just fine!We were fortunate to deal with an excellent seller, and would certainy purchase from them again. It was bought sight-unseen! ... and is exactly as we were shown and told.
