2003 GMC Envoy

Hit the Buy it Now, tried to arrange to pick it up and pay for it. Found out it was sold out from under my Buy it Now. Never saw the vehicle. Bought it because it was very close to home.

Hate gas mileage 13 city 16-17 hwy never let me down also have yukon xl envoy rides better handles better but does not get as good fuel economy as yukonxl

These are all around great trucks i have bout and sold many of them through my used car dealership in michigan. they are an all around good long lasting vehicle.

Smooth, responsive, handles great, not mushy, all kinds of 'goodies' come with the vehicle. Fit and finish is very nice. I-6 is powerful and good on gas. We really like the dark gray metallic paint and factory 17's with chrome wheels. Interior is quiet and comfortable.

Dear members, love my Envoy. The sleek front end styling is what got me. Now that i drive it more each day, i have learned to understand the power and performance this vehicle can deliver. But now with wear many problems have come along and they are expensive. I have no problems with this, it's just the auto dealer mechanics who work on these problems. Being the model was new and not all the mechanics were trained on the new systems of these vehicles. Example was the first recall for wiper motors. They stripped the nut covers on the wiper arms using a power tool to get the PLASTIC covers off, the hood near the arms was scratched, and the mechanics sat on my leather seats with oil covered overalls. Right now i use ebay for all my parts and tools to get the work done, no more trips to the dealers. My father does all the ordering and work thru his account and wants to let the ebay sellers to put more parts and tools up for these vehicles. thanks.

I was concerned about the towing capacity for my 21 ft. boat. Having owned a big and thirsty GMC YUKON with a V8, to the Envoy V6 4.2L. I towed my boat over 450 miles without any problems, fears or concerns. This motor performed flawlessly. The AWD/4x4 model offers an extra boost of confidence at the boat ramp as well. After 66,000 miles and not one service repair problem. Of course there are recalls, but they were handled quickly by the dealer. I am 6 ft. 7inches tall and I am very comfortable in the Envoy. Envoys equipped w/ a sunroof can cut out 2 inches of headroom, but since I do not have one, it is very comfortable with no hair rub on the ceiling. I honestly believe an American automaker finally got one right. As for MPGs, my GMC Yukon was getting 13 to 16, while the Envoy averages 16-21. With gas prices on the constant rise, that difference in mileage can mean a difference in a trip to Disney or a trip to your back yard pool. I highly recommend this vehicle.
