1998 Ford Windstar

The van runs great, motor runs smooth. I bought the van to use in my business. It works great for hauling glass around.

I was, at first, hesitant to bid on a vehicle on eBay Motors without first viewing and inspecting the vehicle in person. A major purchase such as a motor vehicle is not a transaction that I can afford to enter into without careful consideration. With that said, this 1998 Ford Windstar is the second vehicle I have bid on and won on eBay. In 2007 I bid on, and won, a 2001 PT Cruiser, and have been completely satisfied with the sellers description and condition of this vehicle. It continues to function perfectly and loyally serves us well!
Both the 2001 PT Cruiser and this 1998 Ford Windstar were not previously inspected before bidding, but I have learned that I can place my trust in the eBay listing policies and the support of making payment via Paypal.
This 1998 Ford Windstar Cargo Van is a former Postal Service Vehicle that was custom made by Ford for the USPS, had only 34,000 original miles at listing time, was carefully maintained by the USPS, and was accurately described as being in very clean condition and "Runs GR8!".
I am completely satisfied with this transaction. The van looks very clean inside and out, and runs perfectly. I am totally satisfied with this purchase I made through eBay Motors, highly recommend anyone to check out eBay Motors when shopping for a quality used motor vehicle, and will return in the future with confidence when shopping for a used motor vehicle.

I was initially uncomfortable with the idea of buying a vehicle on Ebay, but local dealers were not even remotely competitive with the deals I found on Ebay Motors.

I found exactly the vehicle I was seeking, equipped as I needed it, and I saved literally thousands, even considering the expense of traveling 800 miles to pick up my new vehicle.

Though I remained skeptical until I saw my purchase in person, I was confident that Ebay would stand behind me in the event of any necessary arbitration. When I met the seller and got the opportunity to inspect the vehicle, it was exactly as described, and the seller went the extra mile to see to it that the transaction went smoothly.

I would definitely do this again.

Did not purchase item. Transmission went out prior to pick up. Transaction was canceled. Never went through with sale. Never saw vehicle. Item was not driveable.

This van provides comfort and reliability. It starts everytime, no matter how cold it is outside, warms up fast and runs like a charm. Handles easily, joy to drive. Easy in and out, fits almost anybody. The entire family loves this van. Great on gas, use for work and family. Do all your shopping and have plenty of room to haul it all home!

1998 Ford Windstar was excellent and seller also patient and sincere.I'd like recommend the buyers if you're looking not expensive and family van you have to try the 1998 Ford Windstar.

My 1998 Ford Windstar Lx is loaded with all the features and is probaly the most comfortable car I have ever owned. It also has a power v6 engine and looks sporty for a 10 year old minivan (especially with the factory fog lights.)

We have had problems with this car. I would say that the electrical system is probably the biggest problem. The seatbelt light no longer buzzes to tell us our seatbelts aren't on, the service engine light has been on for a couple of years and the two front power locks no longer work.

Overall, the comfort, design, and features overwhelm the negatives. It's nice to crawl into such a comfortable car!
