2008 Ford Ranger

It gets pretty good mileage as a commuter pickup. About 27 mpg on my 70-75 mile a day commute. Still have room to haul loads as needed and plenty cold air conditioning. Wish it was a little less rigid, but, after all, it is rated as a 1/2 ton truck on a small frame. Has plenty of get up and go for a 4 cylinder engine, and is easy to handle on the highway. Am satisfied with my purchase, but, if fuel weren't so darned expensive, would have gone for a full size model. Suits the bill for what I bought it for.

I needed a dependable small pickup at a reasonable price. I chose this vehicle because I had bought a similar truck from the same seller. That deal was flawless. This truck was a salvage/rebuilt unit that was carefully restored. It drives perfectly and all items work as advertised. The price paid was substantially less than I could have bought it for from a local dealer. It has plenty of power and a great radio system (Sirius). We drove it from Sacramento, CA to Odessa, TX with no problems. We are very happy with the vehicle.
