1998 Ford Mustang

It's a GT mustang on steroids. Awesome riding car with lots of power. Car is very stylish a real head turner. This one is a convertible and the top is tight and doesn't leak any air.

Runs great, shifts easily. Not the car you would want to take on a long trip as far as comfort goes. The body has some minor damage, but no rust and it's the engine that matters.

i didnt win this item so i do not know. it was re-listed and sold to another luck person. i have been trying to get this item removed so that ebay would stop sending me emailing to pay for this item, because it has already been sold.

The car was exactly as described. Perfect mechanically and cosmetically (with the exception of some minor scuffs on the bumper, most of which would probably buff out. If I had gotten enough settlement money for my old car (which was totaled in an accident) I would have bought the car in a heart beat. This is a great, low mileage mustang that was really well cared for !

The 98 mustang was the end of the 94-98 run.. The body was impeccably designed, and the proven 4.6 carried on from 96 through the 00's..

The only issue I've seen on these cars is the window adhesive seems to be terrible, I've heard of several owners complaining of rear window slippage out of the passenger window bracket.

The Mustang provides a "sports car" type ride and experience for an affordable price. It's very high quality, well built and a lot of fun to drive.

1998 is the last year of the body style that I like before the wider uglier mustang. Very easy to work on and parts are readily availible from most places. An realativly enexpensive hobby purchase.

I bought it because I wanted a white Mustang with black leather interior. It didn't have to be a Cobra but it's the one I found with the criteria. It also was advertised with low miles (1998 with 19500 mi). Sounded to good to be true. Overall the car is in nice shape. The interior is nice and so is the leather. It drives well, has a lot of power and it's fast. I bid on it and won it so I did the "right thing" and purchased it. I trusted the sellers description and rating by others. I made a mistake. I purchased the shop/repair manual. Upon glancing through it I noticed the motor was different. It's a 98 with a 2000 motor. So all of the SVT paperwork means nothing. Different components were missing and not ORIGIONAL. The rear was supposed to have a 3.27 and it has a 3.73 which means it has loads of get up and go power but turns high rpm's at highway speeds. I think it was raced at one time only because of the gearing and the rear tires. I still like the car but don't like the idea that it ws pieced together. My own fault for not researching them a little closer. If I ever buy another car from ebay I will look into it a lot closer. I feel it was not advertised correctly,
