What it's Worth - Price Range Information
Just Sold on eBay Motors
The Just Sold on eBay Motors price range represents the lowest and highest completed sale price for this vehicle on eBay Motors within the last 90 days.
Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The range represents asking prices that typically occur for the vehicle model throughout the United States, not all vehicles sell for the exact same price, which is why the company also offers a value range. By showing both the low and high ends of the range the company can better reflect whether a given vehicle's asking price varies widely or hardly at all. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. This range includes pricing for used vehicles, not new or late model vehicles.

1989 Ford Mustang: 1989 Mustang - upgraders dream!

Having owned a couple mustangs, I can say without a doubt that the 1987-1993 mustangs are one of the best "bang for your buck" cars out there. There are many aftermarket companies that make parts for these cars, with parts ranging from suspension, to engine, to body components. There are plenty of ways to customize your mustang. The 1989 mustang was basically a carryover of the previous two years design, with one exception - the engine was controlled with a mass air sensor, instead of "guesstimating" with the previous method of speed density measuring.

this mustang had a beutiful body and a woderfull paint job... but that was it the inside was missing more than wat i was told, the supposedly NEW transmission had no fluid in it so it was pulled out and looked at and had bad bearings, and on top of all of that a new steering rack, tires (one thing that u think someone would tell you about) and a harmonic balancer, thanks alot for a car that looked good but needed about 2500 more in work than wat was expected

Drop the top hit the excelerator and cruze 20 mpg with style. the mini van was sreamin buy me but the number 6 that is my 6th fox body mustang is the only way for me. These cars are an american icon a blast to drive demoestic build parts readily available and a wholecarculture built around these machines oh you may argue that the 68 fast back is the car or maybe the 93 cobra r maybe the 95 5.0 the last of the 5.0 bread of pony is the car but the new old school look of the 08 is still right on the money so basically choose the pony thats right for you. Just rember that anything worh having takes a little work and maintence afordability is a definate plus being made right here in the USA. A proud american driving my american dream.

I owned an 1988 Saleen Mustang while in college. At that time things got tough and I had to sell it. Now that I am able to buy whatever I want it was the first thing I looked for. One day while searching ebay I found what would be my dream car. It is an 1989 Saleen exact color and interior as my 88 but it only has 14,100 miles. This car will be stored in my garage for the rest of my life.

1989 Ford Mustang: its a lemon
06/09/08
• Overall Satisfaction:
liked it was a convertible top, didnt like that it had a small tear thats turning out to get worse, also he said there was no problems with it I have had to replace heater core, radiator, ignition, and probably top and tint because when heater core went out it ruined the tint.besides all that the car runs fairly all right.

1989 Ford Mustang: foxbody purchase

It has a few cosmetic issues, ie. interior, left front wheel rubbing at sharp terms. The transmission was scraping gears when i picked it up, so about 2 weeks later after changing shifters i ended up replacing the transmission with a new one ($1300). It needs a lil body work also, the fenders dont line up and the doors need new hinges which is expected on an ex Florida highway patrol car, ill end up spending about $5k to get it the way I want it. The rear end was leaking fluid also, had to replace the cover, replaced the radiator also, but overall its a clean car just needs a little TLC, the motor runs perfect i can say that.

The jerk that SOLD it to me convienently had damaged items left out of the picture! Also neglected to tell me about the blown head gasket that this loser tried to remedy with a new water pump and oversized fan! When this was realized 20 minutes after signing the papers the loser told me "BUYER BEWARE!". Ebay couldnt do a single thing! DONT BUY A VEHICLE ON EBAY!!!! Unless its local and you can see it in person! For all you know the pictures are of a different vehicle!!!! Ebay WILL NOT, NOT STAND BEHIND THE BUYER!!! I ended up buying one off of CRAIGSLIST and it is great! IMPERIAL AUTO IS AGHETTO DEALERSHIP THAT SELLS SALVAGE VEHICLES AND EXTORTS POSITIVE FEEDBACK OUT OF YOU IN ORDER TO GET SOME, SOME OF YOUR MONEY BACK. IMPERIAL AUTO IS A SALVAGE LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
