1973 Ford Mustang

This Mustang, is a 1973 Mach 1, was almost totally restored. It had only very small issues. But all Number's matched, an is only 1 of 4. There is only 2 left. The other one is in Arizonia.
I feel fournate to own, this one. It is a real mover, an runs great. It turns heads everywhere. Alot of people have take pictures of it, an some have wanted to swap there classic's for it.

ebay and paypal were totaly useless in resolving problems with the seller of this car.which he misrepresented to me,in the ebay ad and on the telephone.he reufused to refund any amount and ebay was useless to help me.

Seller described car as a drive anywhere car, dependable and the owner for the last 15 years. Seller failer to disclose thru the several phone conversations and e-mails that the car had been in several accidents w/ Bondo everywhere. That the car had rust in both rear pannels, hood, trunk and the underbody of the drivers side. and not to forget the 4 rot & cracked tires. Car shakes and rattles when driven.

Car should have been a fun car to enjoy (convertable), instead it sits untill I can have the safety of the car reveiwed and some new tires.

A little too much money for this car in its condition, you can buy a completely restored one for the same money or a fraction more.

I purchased this car because it was exactly what i was looking for. Something that could take forever to find localy. I was highly satisfied with the ease of a major purchase on an online site.

Not that I'm unhappy, but so far:
carburetor needed complete rebuilding $300.
Flowmaster exhaust needed replacement if you want to talk to the person next to you.
$250.
ransmission needs work, we'll see. It slips and sometimes starts in 3rd.
Other than that cosmetic, small tear in roof, ash tray missing and doesn't close well.
If I can get the transmission repaired fairly inexpensively, I'll be very happy.

We've been searching the globe for two years for this year of car and finally found it thanks to EBAY. Not only is it a 1973 Mustang but a convertible with a head turner color. Everything works including a nice aftermarket stereo that wasn't mentioned in the auction. The price we paid for it was so good that we could easily afford the airline tickets for two to fly to Denver to pick it up and drive it back. Not only the great deal financially but it gave us an opportunity to meet with our son and his family who live just hours from the Denver airport. Thanks again to EBAY !

The car I bought on Ebay, wasn't as described not even by the seller.
There were more parts missing than described and overall it was exactly what it was hoping to avoid, but I felt I needed to make the deal. If I ever buy on Ebay again, any vehicle, I will inspect it be for purchase.
