2006 Ford F-250: I love my truck, but had other issues ebay was no help

As for the truck it is terrific, Ford is a great company and they do make a tuff vehicle. I was forced however into leaving positive feedback for my seller, by my seller. My truck was listed to include a hitch, we got home, no hitch. They seller appeared very underdstanding, told me to buy one and they would reimburse me as soon as an invoice was sent to them. Although they wouldnt let me get the Ford one, that was listed with the pickup I was able to get an aftermarket one that was fine. I did all they said and then they told me I would not receive my reimbursment until I left only positive feedback. We were not planning on leaving positive feed back, but after such threats felt as though they did not deserve it. I emailed ebay and nobody would help me, and I guess they couldnt because it was a different agreement not set forth in the auction. I just had no other way (i regretfully left the positive feedback) of letting people know not to use Texas Direct Auto. Matt McClelland and his General Manager are terrible businessmen. At one point Matt was so rude over the phone that he made my Wife cry! Just a warning to the consumer, BEWARE! I really feel as though I should have sacraficed the 200 dollars to leave the negative feedback the seller deserved. I know we are not supposed to say stuff about the seller, but this needed to be said, I hope atleast one person hears how we were threatened. We do however love the truck and we did get our money back, just had a hard tome spending it, because we felt as though we should have butchered teh Seller in feedback. As for the truck we Absolutely love it, its wonderful and what a deal, even could call it a steal!!!

Like the truck. Purchased from Vango auto sales in Arlington, Texas. They told me they would send the title the next day. Took them 2 weeks and 2 phone calls. Also entered info on title after we agreed they would not. I discovered after I got it home, 1800 miles the wrong wheels and tires and wrong seat s in the vehicle. Resale value of those items lowered the value about $600.00 Nice truck, but the dealer leaves something to be desired.

The truck was sold to me needing a lot of work that needed to be repaired first but love the overall styling and love the color. also motor is very powerful with the diesel, mine also has the king ranch leather interior so much nicer than standard leather.

I love the way it drives.Its very powerful truck.It also has a lot of leg room.The whole family loves it.I cant wait to drive it in the snow.I bought the truck because I always wanted a big truck.Driving it back from Mississippi was an amazing trip.The truck was great.

I would highly reccommend Don as someone to buy from. I bought this vehicle and when I got it home I was not happy with it. I called and talked to Don and told him what was wrong. Even though I bought a used vehicle with no warranty, he told me I could bring it back and get another vehicle!!!!! I returned the truck and got exactly what I wanted. I could not be more satisfied. Thanks for everything and I will buy another one some day. I would reccommend this seller to anybody!!!!!!!!! I see why he has a 100% rating!!

Truck had many problems from engine turbo issues to bearings on brakes. The vehicle had only 106K miles which for a diesel is not much but ran like it was 20 years old. Very dissappointed. Checking to see if mileage was altered.

Well where do I start? Dealing with these guys before the bid was awesome..the truck is the truck.. its a 2006 not a 2011.. It was listed so so, the tires not even close... CD player didnt work..truck was DIRTY DIRTY... the just cleaned the carpet.. and wiped it down some. The truck has TONS of dirt in it and under it. I had to replace the tires and the guy at the shop said..was this truck dipped in MUD? I bought another CD player on EBAY.. took the dash apart.. had to vac all the dust and dirt from the dash so I could install the new one. After a week or so... and serval trips to the auto parts I have purchased all the items ... 2 window switches,a tow hook, block heater cord,lights all over the truck, tail, stop, reverse. Then off to the service center for an oil change, front end alignment and brakes. So.. I got the truck for a deal .. in Maryland.. truck would have cost me atleast... 10 grand more.. So I do think its a deal.. you might want to look at any purchase before hand... cause any one can tell you its all 100%.. but thats my lost... after.. $2500 spent .. its still a deal.. I have always liked Ford products and switched over for my last vehicle. I'm back to a Ford again. I kept the last Ford truck that I had for 17 years and when I sold it, I would have not hesitated to fill up the tank and drive it across country. I decided to buy a 3/4 ton truck and after looking at several thousand vehicles, kept coming back to a Ford. A good quality truck at a good price topped off with a great guy to deal with. Everything here was positive.

This seller was horrible to work with. Gigivaldez4 did not come through with any of their promises. After I purchases the truck, Gigivaldez4 didn't even let my friend go see the truck when I was in a different state. They took 3 weeks to send me the title. They wanted money first before I could see any legal description of the truck. When I finally received the truck, it was a total lemon. The truck had been bottomed out and was in poor condition. The fuel tank was crushed. The heater in the car didn't work, the steering column was messed up, the heated seats were non-functional, windshield washer sprayers didn't work, one of the tires had four slashes in it, the left fender brace was bent, and there was a missing fender flare. None of this was described in the ebay description of the truck.

I like the ford trucks because of their comfort, power, trouble free use i have gotten from them. Also they have been much cheaper to operate compared to the other heavy duty truck i own. Also have not had any electrical problems with any of the Fords, can not say that for the one i now own.
