What it's Worth - Price Range Information
Just Sold on eBay Motors
The Just Sold on eBay Motors price range represents the lowest and highest completed sale price for this vehicle on eBay Motors within the last 90 days.
Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The range represents asking prices that typically occur for the vehicle model throughout the United States, not all vehicles sell for the exact same price, which is why the company also offers a value range. By showing both the low and high ends of the range the company can better reflect whether a given vehicle's asking price varies widely or hardly at all. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. This range includes pricing for used vehicles, not new or late model vehicles.

My wife and I picked up our 2006 Velocity Yellow Corvette at the Corvette Museum in April '06. It was quite an experience, highly recommended! I love this car. I drive it nearly every day. It is a pleasure to drive and we get lots of compliments wherever we go. Do yourself a favor and get one today. Alan Armstrong BigGavel CEO and ArmstrongAuctions President.

I have been a car dealer for 28 years, service manager, body shop manager and restored old Corvettes for 20 years. I was reluctant to buy a 2006 being the body looked cheaper, smaller truck space, only one style interior.....but just drive one. It is quite an improvement over the C5's. The 400 horsepower is real, even with automatic and convertible. The car is quite a bargain, ride, power, and creature comfort items that have been missing in C5's. One drive and you will be hooked. The power top convertible is the only way to go.

After a research of autos I decided to look for an 05-07 corvette. The car is sporty, lots of performance, good fuel economy, and great fun to drive. After looking locally and nationally, I picked my 06 blue coupe. The vehicle is in perfect condition and was a fantastic price. The only down side to the deal is it took 3 weeks to arrive from California to my home in Michigan. Thanks eBAY I love this car, Jerry

Buy a C6 Z06 now while they are priced between $40-50K. You will have a more powerful car than the new 2010 C6 GT2 race car! There has NEVER been a production car built at a fairly reasonable price point w/ the performance qualities of the C6 Z06. Period! End of story! Forget the negative comments about the car's inexpensive appearing interior. Have you ever seen the interior of a race car? Your wife can drive it to the store very comfortably. Forget about it however if she is some kind of a princess, its too stiff, the gas pedal is too touchy, I don't like to shift, etc. The C6 Z06 even gets 26 mpg on the highway! For what the car is, it is a gas misser. You can even ask the snobbish people in Europe, they love the monsterous rumble of the 427 V8. The new economic order which is in our future will rule out the C6 generation of Vettes. Buy now what will become the $250K Hemi Cuda of the future. If driven by an experienced high performance driver, the C6 Z06 can drain the snot out of your nose. Trust me!

Bought the car in Tucson and drove it home to Seattle. 2000 miles! What a car! We averaged 26.8 mpg and had a blast at the same time. So far the C6 Corvette is everything I dreamed it would be. A Note for used Corvette buyers: If the tires need replacing be sure to estimate around $2000 to do so. The car is tight, light and fast. Not to mention civil and comfortable. You'll love this car!

This car just begs to be driven. The engine is happier the closer to redline you get. Drove it for over 8 hours on a trip and was very comfortable. Bose stereo is OK, but not great. Power convertible top is a must and works great! At 70 the engine runs at 1500 rpm's and gets about 26-28 mpg. This car is great.

2006 Chevrolet Corvette: Corvette C6 07 - Great gas mileage

I've got the 400 HP C6 coupe and routinely get 32-35 miles per gallon on the Southern California freeways. It handles well, good acceleration, has good brakes, and the paddle shifting is a good way to save your brakes in hilly terrain. I have had it for 9 months, drive it every day to work, and have had no mechanical problems. Easy to see why this model is highly rated for customer satisfaction and more reliable than some previous years. The only funny thing is the federally mandated child-seat warnings on the visors: they recommend you put your car seat in the back seat... oh well.

505hp what else needs to be said ?
This car is amazing at idle and driving around town it makes no more noise than the wife's BMW. Punch it and you are in for a treat very well balanced car with an outstanding power plant. I am ruined now, for the thrill I guess I'll have to wait for the ZR1. Sure I can find better looking cars to get in but none to get out of with the same feeling.

Compared to my Shelby GT500 this is much more engaging and inspiring to drive. Before lowering the Shelby it was a bad combination of wet spunge suspension and 500hp. Once lowered and with a different supercharger pulley it was pushing 620hp. and then was fun but no match for the Z06, but then again, neither was the price, even after paying 14 grand over sticker ! yikes...

After driving a lot of different high performance vehicles, I truly have to say this car has no equal. It handles like it is on rails, the acceleration is staggering, and the fun factor is off the charts. It's a bit expensive, but well worth it.

2006 Chevrolet Corvette: The new ZO6 is a thrilling car to drive

About 10 years ago I went to a local dealer to purchase a new Corvette but after a test drive decided not to buy. The car looked great but that about where it ended for me. Too many squeaks, rattles, and the bone-hard ride was not something I was willing to live with. I bought a new BMW instead. After reading about the new C6 and especially the ZO6, I decided to try it again and I'm glad I did. My first impression was how solid the car felt. The new ZO6 is docile and comfortable enough to drive like a regular car. The ride is firm but not bone-charring like the older cars. The performance and power is nothing short of awesome. You'd better have all your attention on driving when you drop the hammer on the 505 HP, ZO6. I've owned some fast cars in my life but nothing like this. The thrill of being pinned against the back of the seat is something everyone should experience at least once and after a 20 mile test drive, I was hooked. The car has so much power that it almost doesn't matter what gear you're in. The ZO6 does everything well enough to drive every day with no excuses and the insurance cost was considerably less then my M5 BMW (less then $800 per year). I'm a 65 year old retired grandfather and the ZO6 puts a huge smile on my face every time I drive it. We only go around once in life and I'm glad I didn't end mine without the thrill of owning and driving the new ZO6 Corvette.

I bought what seems to be a brand new (5400 miles) 2006 Z06 Corvette from Carl Wesley at Auto Emporium. Carl was a great guy to deal with and did not misrepresent the car. He told me it was perfect and he is right. This thing is awesome. Carl was very professional and provided us with all the title, tags and accessories for the car. I would definitely buy off of Carl and Auto Emporium again.
