What it's Worth - Price Range Information
Just Sold on eBay Motors
The Just Sold on eBay Motors price range represents the lowest and highest completed sale price for this vehicle on eBay Motors within the last 90 days.
Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The range represents asking prices that typically occur for the vehicle model throughout the United States, not all vehicles sell for the exact same price, which is why the company also offers a value range. By showing both the low and high ends of the range the company can better reflect whether a given vehicle's asking price varies widely or hardly at all. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. This range includes pricing for used vehicles, not new or late model vehicles.

1997 Chevrolet Camaro: 1997 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible Brickyard 400

This is my second Brickyard Camaro that I own. The 4th gen camaro has the highest build quality numbers of all previous generation camaros and proves American or North American built vehicles quality numbers meet or exceed those of their foreign counterparts. Being a NASCAR fan I also look for Newer American muscle cars that have been race proven or have a racing history. That's why I look for and collect Brickyard or Indy vehicles. When these vehicles go into my stable they do not become "trailer queens" All my collector vehicles are race proven. They are driven to the car shows. They participate in road ralleys, drag racing, autocross and road course events. While the history of the vehicle is important, the most important history a vehicle can have is the history you make with the vehicle.
The camaro badge has not let me down. I would not hesitate to purchase another one. There is not another vehicle in its price range that has better build quality or performance numbers. That's why I will not hesitate when I purchase my 2010 Camaro Convertible. I only hope it comes in a Brickyard 400 or Indy 500 model. There are many websites and blogs dedicated to the restoration, history and preservation of the Chevrolet Camaro. There are even songs dedicated to the vehicle. You won't find that same experience with a Hyundai or Kia.

I Love this car the color is Red. Just what I was looking for. The seller delivered the car from Maryland to Atlanta GA. What more can you ask for. The only thing I was not pleased with was that the car did no have omission or any smog device to pass the reguired test in Georgia to get a tag. I had to pay over $800.00 in repairs. I was not expecting this. I will ask this in the future..The price was a factor in me purchasing the car..Over all I love the car..It will FLY!!!!

Seller AT Ebay Auction never said in the auction information that
it is a Wrecked car,
Seller never said AC not working
Seller never let me know the FM/stereo was not working
He stated, only minor scratches/issues,
In the auction they stated 84K miles
but the title has "Exempt".
I know of other muslim people selling vehicles
with "low Miles", but clearly the engine/transmission
does not sound/work like a "low miles".
My Ebay-Bid-Won Camaro does not start as normally
chevy does.
It has a weird sound when I turn right and aply brakes
at same time (I believe it's because of the wreck)

They never state it's a rebuilt vehicle

BE AWARE OF THE SCAM!!!
THEY don't care about anything but the money
they can get from us.

Seller made me give him positive feedback,
I was fool not to check everything before that
positive feedback.

1997 Chevrolet Camaro: Addition To My Car Family
03/05/08
• Overall Satisfaction:
I was looking for a Camaro of this type. It needs some suspension work and a few minor things , for the age I'm not surprized. I bought it because I liked the color and the interior . I have one of the first Camaros, 1968 convertable, so I thought that I would add a later one to my collection.I have modified the engine on this Camaro: headers, cam., intake, carb, ignition, etc. The body is stock. The 97 is going to stay stock. I think it will be great just the way it is. Glad that I had E-Bay to help find it.

We received a car from another state. Had an inspector inspect the vehicle for us while it was still at the wholesale dealer. Everything checked out with some minor recomendations. Received the vehicle and took it to our mechanic because after driving the first day, major oil leak under car. Spent a ton of money replacing almost every seal on the car because the people we bought it from had not replaced the water pump with appropriate parts.

We are almost 45 days after receiving the vehicle and don't have a title. I called the wholesale dealer we bought it from with no reply. Then I called the DMV in that area and found out that the dealer has dissapeared and there are over 50 complaints against him for not supplying titles and in some cases not even providing the car customers paid for. Now I am in a legal situation. I would never buy another car through e-bay unless it was local and I could go see the car and the title with my own eyes.

My last ebay purchase was not a nice experience, cause the seller say that all the needed the car was CAT, I change the CAT in Naples FL, but the real problem was the two heads of engine was broken, the car just run from Naples to Venice FL like two hours ahead and stopped, was necessary towing the car to Osprey and fix the engine I lost three day and almost 1000 USD to resolve the problem, anyway I´m in home just I want say the seller don´t was honest because he don´t say the thrust ( see description ), just the best the this experience was that I can know many people to help me and change the bad experience in a big adventure thanks ebay
P. S. I got pic and tickets

I was able to purchase it at low end NADA price, that way I could have some money still to make all the repairs myself. I found all the used parts that I needed to finish the car here on ebay. That was the best part of the purchase.

Most reliable ride on the planet, however the seats need to be replaced, they make you tired after an hour of driving. Other than that, great car.
