1995 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 1500

Looked for a turbo diesel chevy for awhile found this one and it was better than expected would buy another in a heartbeat.

My son was in the market for a new vehicle and had his heart set on a full size pick-up. He insisted it be a 4 x 4 Chevy. This type of vehicle was more than likely out of our budget but we decided to look on EBay. We found one that was exactly what we were looking for and there was no reserve set on the bidding price. We let our limits to what we could afford, began bidding, and crossed our fingers! Sure enough, we won the bid. The truck is everything my son ever dreamed of and he is so happy. Thank you EBay for this opportunity.

The buyer was the deciding factor. I appreciated his honesty, kindness and willingness to make me feel that I was comfortable with buying from him by letting me ask questions, and then answering them very completely. I like the dependability of the vehicle, and the power I needed for towing for my trailer.He also trusted me to take it over-night for a run.

the chevy w/t series truck in my opinion was the best option for a affordable truck without the silverado price. The silverado is a very nice truck but the average workman wouldntlook to the silverado for a work truck , this being said. The W/T was a truck that offered a truck that was a little less optioned out and more cost effective to operate a business from. most of these trucks came with very little power accessories. the majority of them came with crank windows and no A/C . if you find one with A/C its a keeper! powered mostly by a 4.3 litre v-6 it has plenty of power to tow the boat to the water over the weekend too. most of these trucks were used cause after all with the price tag of the silverado , who in their right mind would trash a truck that was much more expensive! the cost of the 1995 silverado were in the 20,000.00 dollar range and the W/T truck were a bargin at a cost of 14,000.00 and A/C was a $820.00 option.

Needed a reliable, slightly older year Chevy or Ford 1/2 ton pick-up truck for husband to get to work and also do "Guy" jobs, also including week-end flea market business, so needed a cap on bed. Searched eBay Motors for the first time, with 100-mile radius specified. This truck appeared, with a week to go so we had time to check with insurance company to determine BlueBook value, and this was less, and we knew how high to bid. Last truck was a 1989 Chevy pick-up, so husband knew how to do maintenance and repairs without learning new skills like computer measurements. Great photos. Seller invited phone calls to discuss condition, and we spoke several times. Very clean. Well maintained. Great tires. No rust or body damage. High mileage, but no oil leaks. Owned truck now for a month and 100% thrilled with truck, eBay Motors and seller.

I decided to buy this vehicle after asking the seller questions and seeing his feedback rating. The truck had a cracked block, heater core leaked, no keys, no title has been sent, and trying to resolve this issue seems endless and frustrating. This experience will have me looking elsewhere to buy a vehicle in the future. Sure there are some safeguards in place but trying to use them when needed is frustrating. I would tell anyone looking to buy a car on ebay "BUYER BEWARE!!" I left negative feedback for the seller and he got pissed and left me negative feedback even though I paid right away. HORRIBLE place to buy a car.

I decided to buy it because of the price, the type my 16 yr. old wanted and type which was a Chevrolet.

Advertise as Having:
#1 - Cold A/C - Blows Air, but that is all! (we turned that on about 5 minutes down the road after paying and picking up the truck)
#2 - Power Windows - Driver's Side Does "NOT" Work. You have to pull it up and down with your hand and the buttons and electronics on the driver's side panel on the door don't work; when we tried to raise and lower the window the buttons went down inside the vehicle door of the truck.
#3 - Handle on inside of driver's side door "was" broken off and you can't open the door from the inside. The only was the door can be opened is if someone opens it from the outside.
#4 - Stated in questions asked by other buyers about the title that you would only haved to pay for a few charges and that he had a letter so that we may not have to pay the fees (he guessed). NEVER GIVEN THE LETTER, but . . . we did not ask either.
#5 - Stated on listing that it only had a small hairline crack in windshield just about the steering wheel, but . . . NOT TRUE! It had another crack on the top right side of the windshield and they BOTH were NOT hairline; both are about 8" long! Plus ++ there are 3 other rock chips on the winddshield as well.

I did not know that I could refuse the truck when picking up! Because on Ebay it stated you win the bid, it's yours!

I was stuck buying it or lose the deposit. The guy was a sleaze ball. Do not buy from anyone with a low score even if they are just starting out.

Beautiful truck. One of the best trucks Chevrolet ever built. Fair fuel economy, better than average ride (for a truck), drives well. This year model had minor suspension problems correctable for a few hundred dollars. After a couple hundred thousand miles may burn a little oil.
I love the truck and let my children drive it anywhere they want. It is safe and will bring them back home.
