Needed an extra vehicle, had always liked the Eldorado looks. Did my homework doing research, looking at blogs, reviews wherever I could find them. Found exactly what we were looking for in color, checked it out on ebay. Lots of phone calls to the seller, who is a dealer. Seller told me everything I wanted to know, plus he had great photos on ebay, of just about every inch of the vehicle. Did not drive up to check it out, after auction ended we drove up and it was everything we thought it would be, looked even better than described. Seller was very honest, we were expecting a used vehicle, not a brand new one for a fraction of retail price. If you are looking on ebay for a vehicle, find out all you can ahead of any bids. If you expect a used vehicle on ebay to be like brand new, forget it! Dealers on lots do not make them like new, and you pay a lot more for them. Be realistic, expect the vehicle to be a good deal, if not don't buy it, but don't look for unreal things. It's been used by someone else. This is the third vehicle we have bought on ebay. The first was a real DUD, eaten up with rust, but freshly covered with undercoating. The other two we consider very good deals, and are very happy with them. Would buy from the last two sellers again, without hesitation. As far as the Cadillac, I could not feel more proud driving anything, no matter how new or expensive. Drives like a dream!

I had had a 1997 Eldorado a few years ago, and after taking an extended Christmas trip this past (2007) Christmas in the Buick Reatta (which I also loved, btw), we decided we needed a luxury sporty car with a bit (lots) more room to haul gifts, puppies and such. I do not like four door sedans (make me feel like an old man (yes, I am 65, so there!), but the Eldorado has always appealed to me with classic styling, exceptional performance and lots of comfort. That huge trunk (plus we can haul stuff in the back seat area too), and other storage areas (map pockets in the doors, large arm rest storage for books on tape, etc), made it an ideal replacement for the Reatta. The reliability of the northstar system is now well known, and of course it is a Cadillac, "standard of the world", the Cadillac of... etc.
Overall we are well pleased with this car. What few problems we have encountered (it is a used car, remember), were minor and easily taken care of by a handy person, or local mechanic.

I like the professionalism and the Business etiquette of this seller. Great Seller A +++. I had several questions that the seller was more than willing to answer. I also had other saftey measures in place to ensure that i was ecievig the product that was being advertised and the seller complied with all of my wishes and did not once act like i was a problem.

Decided to buy the car because the pictures on ebay made the car look beautiful.
Went to view the car and decided not to buy the car as it was full of visible
microbal mold spores. ebay dosen't do the best job screening who is selling what on their system. My suggestion is BUYER BEWARE. Don't send any funds until you view the autos in person. ebay is not to be a trusted source of products as advertised.
