What it's Worth - Price Range Information
Just Sold on eBay Motors
The Just Sold on eBay Motors price range represents the lowest and highest completed sale price for this vehicle on eBay Motors within the last 90 days.
Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The range represents asking prices that typically occur for the vehicle model throughout the United States, not all vehicles sell for the exact same price, which is why the company also offers a value range. By showing both the low and high ends of the range the company can better reflect whether a given vehicle's asking price varies widely or hardly at all. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. This range includes pricing for used vehicles, not new or late model vehicles.

1997 Pontiac Grand Prix: Oldie but goodie

I have owned my 1997 grand prix for about 5 years now. I like it and it is a nice riding car the problem is it is getting older and in need of some repairs. it is going to need headlights (Clouded over) rear struts, for now. Other than that the car does ride nice, has ample power, is a nice ride ont he highway. It has the wider body for corners and corners like a champ for the size and year of the car. overall I am happy owning one and it has never given me trouble yet. Gets me where I need to go and still looks good for being 10 years old.

2004 Pontiac Grand Prix: 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP - One Fast Family Sedan

The main reason I purchased this car new is this is one of the fastest 4 door family sedans out there with the 3.8 Litre Supercharged engine (260HP)and it's a Pontiac. It has the power of a V8, but has the gas mileage of a V6, 22MPG (56 mile daily commute) and 25-26MPG on the highway. This is the same engine that was in the 85-87 Buick Grand National (except supercharged not turbocharged), so there are plenty of engine modifications out there to really make this thing fast when it is out of warranty. I like the way the car looks, drives, rides and handles. I also like how the seats and interior wrap around you like a cockpit and the red instrumentation at night. The Grand Prix also has just about every option you could ever want in a family sedan, plus you can add options fairly easily if you want more, like an automatic dimming rearview mirror, or a 5 button DIC display instead of the stock 3 button DIC (I bought on ebay). GM also has a lot of customized options for the Grand Prix like grills, rear spoiler and polished stainless exhaust tips (I also bought on ebay). As you can tell by my description, I love this car, great power, great looks and good gas mileage. I have only had 3 minor problems since new and the car has 24K on it now. Drive one and you will want one!

I bought this vehicle for my son. After buying it and looking at all the nice features I almost kept it for myself. Sporty, comfortable, 30 mpg, feels and accelerates like a V8 due to the supercharger.

2005 Pontiac Grand Prix: Fast, but will make you furious!

I have had the car for a couple of weeks and it is a fast car that will suck the money out of your wallet, just as fast. It has a common transmission issue and tends to get issues with misfires. The emissions system is problematic, both in proper working condition and ease to work on(which will cost you more at the mechanic). It does have bright sides, it is powerful, but quiet. It has OnStar and DIC. It has steering wheel controls. Great as a new car, but be careful buying used because the vehicle is very sporty(for a sedan), and may have been beat on.

I did not buy this car after driving 200 miles to purchase. It was a lot of not working/missing items not mentioned in listing. Car was unsafe to drive, pictures taken of car were so that items did not show in listing. This is the kind of things that make buying of ebay a risky thing to do.

The Grand Prix was redesigned in 1969 by John Delorean as a modern version of the Duesenberg. It was designed to be what we today call a luxury sports coupe. Basically, it was a big luxury coupe with the GTO running gear. I own several GTO's but am starting to collect Grand Prix's as well since they were truly the orginal muscle cars. The 69-72 are the most collectible. The 1971 was the first year of the reduced horsepower for emissions and unleaded gas. The 400 cubic inch engine was standard and it still has 300 horsepower (the 69-70 have 350 hp) and rides great. My purchase was an original owner with about 70k mikes, so the owner had repainted it and had the interior redone. I think it is a great value compared to the prices of the real muscle cars. The 71 and later can used unleaded gas without modifying the heads and have higher gears so relatively good gas mileage. So, instead of trailering your car to a show, the GP can cruise in AC comfort without worry of the car breaking down or spending a fortune on gas.

The 97 Grand Prix GTP is a performance based car. They are not for the weak at heart. This car is mostly a parts car for my other 97 GTP. The car had 226k and the owner advertised it as so. These are getting hard to find and now that Pontiac is going out of Business this will be their last super car.
