What it's Worth - Price Range Information
Just Sold on eBay Motors
The Just Sold on eBay Motors price range represents the lowest and highest completed sale price for this vehicle on eBay Motors within the last 90 days.
Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value Range
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The range represents asking prices that typically occur for the vehicle model throughout the United States, not all vehicles sell for the exact same price, which is why the company also offers a value range. By showing both the low and high ends of the range the company can better reflect whether a given vehicle's asking price varies widely or hardly at all. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. This range includes pricing for used vehicles, not new or late model vehicles.

1972 Plymouth Barracuda: Complete misrepresentation of a 1972 Cuda! Buyer Beware

This was purchased as an investment by me from the seller who is a licensed dealer. The car looked to good to be true for the price so we spoke with Randy at the dealership and he assured us that the car was Beautifuly restored and we would not be disappointed. My partner and I never saw the car in person and trusted Randy with the information provided by him. The car is not even close to being as described or what Randy assured us we were purchasing. Upon arrival we found out why there were no close up pictures of the car. I had a professional resto person go thru the entire car and it's not even original as described with quarter panels being replaced, bondo all over the place along with rust everywhere. The paint job is junk with overspray, bubbles and paint over rust. The interior has rips and tears which were not disclosed. I had the whole car documented on video pointing out major flaws and problems with this Cuda. Estimate to have the car restored properly by tearing it all down and redoing is somewhere between $15,000 and $20,000. I have tried buyer protection with no luck and the seller has refered this to local mediation and will not refund my purchase or even discuss the matter. Very poor businees practices and very deceptive sellers who do not deserve to be on Ebay. Hope no one else goes thru what im going thru right now. Kicking myself for trusting the seller! Buyer Beware and I have refered this to the FBI. Look at my feedback as a Buyer and a seller!

I`ve always liked the 1970 Plymouth `Cuda383 model, specially the convertibles.
Yellow is not my favorite color, but with any rare vehicle, you can`t be to picky. Condition is everything. All original sheet metal is very important to any type of vehicle, and this car has it all. If I have to be picky, I`m not super happy with the body gapping between the front fenders and the doors, but again, that is just being real picky. Great California car, real happy! Only 132 total built production.....rare. Nice car!! Thank you for your interest, and have a great day.

It is a 1970 Barracuda Gran Coupe Convertible all numbers matching, documentation.
I gave the over all satisfactions because it would have to be a new car to give it a 5. Always wanted a Convertible. Stole this one at a low price.
It has been well maintained and major replacement
of exhaust system, interior, tires, rebuilt front suspension, rebuild of correct Transmission, Carburation.
Drives and handles great for a 40 year muscle car.
Got it for a reasonable price. Not a clone or wanta be Hemi,
where the person thinks it is a gold mine cause they stuck in a hemi, they watch to much Barrett Jackson.

Back in 1976 when I first got my drivers permit I looked around for a car I could buy.I wanted something sporty but I didn't have a lot of money. After looking at a few cars I came across this 1965 Barracuda with a slant six automatic. It was pretty beat up and only had a six cylinder engine but I really liked the way it looked. It looked fast just sitting there.Besides I could afford it.That first car started lifelong affair with Mopars. Now being more mature than I was then I have gotten another '65, this one has a V8 and 4-speed.It cost me ten times that first one did and being 44 years old it needs lots of work but shelooks fastin the drive just like that first one!

I was browsing about eBay looking for a one car trailer I could afford as I was picking up some Beetles to restore. Out of the blue pops up this trailer that has a very worn looking 1968 Barracuda on it. The price was just around my max for the purchase of the trailer and included the 'Cuda as long as you could pick it up before the weeks end. This was about a 300 mile trip each way for me. Obsession set in and I made sure I won the bid at a reasonable 1666.66 USD. Well, I ventured to Virgina and upon arrival was greeted by fine gentleman who showed me what I had bought. This was a project vehicle from a relative's dream to be a dragster (no mention of that in the item description). The vehicle has roll cage installed, a big block Mopar 440, short Dana rear, wheels tubbed out, rear battery mount with external connections, new Mickey Thompson slicks, etc. Needless to say, I was quite surprised at what I had won and VERY HAPPY for a new toy to restore and someday take to Englishtown up here in New Jersey. Be Careful What You Bargain For - You May Be Surprised. jkpweb
