Perhaps whe should review ebays handling of this also, nevermind the scale does not go that low I see. Paid for an Item (deposit) which I never recieved being the high bidder on a no reserve auction. Complained to ebay and paypal, never got an ounce of help from either of you. THEN DESPITE ME BEING RIPPED OFF YOU ALLOWED THE SELLER TO RELIST THE ITEM I HAD WON!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great job ebay way to keep it fair and clean. Future items I wish to purchase will NOT BE DONE WITH EBAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is also the point where I would like to tell you thanks FOR NOTHING which is exactly what I got, except for $450.00 in additional charges to recover my money. TERRRIBLE SERVICE BY EBAY AND PAYPAL, please allow me to voice it again with the attorney general in my state and the state of GEORGIA!!

this absolutely the worst experience I have ever had on ebay in over 9 years of doing business on this site. Your ebay buyers protection program is misleading and really doesn't protect the buyer if over 10 years old which covers 100% or the classic cars listed on ebay.Very unhappy with the product and the ebay service.

Pics. looked great disciption was great seller sounded reliable and honest. In reality he was a lying cheat who totally misrepresented the car and everything about it. When he was confronted about his lying he stated he didn't know the car was very rusty even though he clearly stated no rust ever, anywhere. His next move was to consult his lawyer then call me back to say to bad, he didn't have to anything it was my problem now. EBAY's help was worthless!!!! You guy's were NO help at all. You just protected a thief who cheated me out of $23,000. So that's my review of your customer service or lack there of!!!!

I bought an 87 442/t-top over the internet....It was quite a project repairing what was broken or needed repairing....Needless to say, it was my first time...New parts included a carb, battery, carpet, wheels, tires, radiator, brakes, ft end parts, radio, dash guages, weatherstripping, grille, emblems, and lots of misc parts that were found in countless salvage yards and over the internet...Just the header emblem was $50.00..My suggestion is buyer beware...If you want to make a project out of the car and have the money, time, and ability to complete the repairs; then the project car will turn out fabulous....Just like the one that my son and I take to car shows now....A real show stopper that we worked on together...Quite a rebonding experience to say the least....Blue on blue t-top, it don't get any better than that....Stay away from the rust buckets...Good luck, and take it slow....

Seller LIED about this being a "Professionally Restored Vehical and winner of many car shows". He states that the chrome is either new or refurbished and the fact is many of the chrome pieces are damaged or rusted. There is extensive rust damage in the trunk, deck lid, rear quarter panels and doors along with paint many blisters in both sail panels, doors and fenders. The "RESTORER" covered up the rust with Fiberglass and body filler and in other areas painted over existing paint. The front bucket seats are shot, they have weak springs and rips in the covers. The rear seat, trim panels and seat belts have extensive water damage and rust! The front bumper is cracked along with most of the front end trim. The grills have black tape that covers up holes that were drilled in them and they are also cracked and chipped. The front Oldsmobile emblem was painted with a paint brush by a two year old and not replaced for a mear $25.00 bucks. This car is nothing put JUNK!! and when I ask ebay for help I get the I can't help you but call the Police and report internet Fraud. Thanks Ebay!! Like that is going to do anything! Buyer protection doesn't exist for the Buyer just the Lying Seller!! I have purchased three vehicals off of ebay and have meet the nicest people then the fourth car I purchase is from a total lier. Again thanks for helping out a loyal ebay buyer with over 500 purchases through you, instead you Protect a seller that did not disclose any faults that ebay requires the Seller to list. Your auction guidelines for the Seller states that the Seller must give an HONEST description of the item for sale, both good and BAD. You Buyer Protection Policy will need to change or you won't have any buyers left!!

Car looks good has a few minor blemishes. Convertable top not installed right wwhich is causing wear and tears. Car would not crank when I got it. Needs a starter and has a wiring short.Charge battery and it goes dead in a few hours.Brand new battery. Have not even been able to drive car. Just needs some tinkering on to make right.
