2001 Mitsubishi Galant: Beautiful Tiger

They say that Mitsubishi loves to copy BMW in designing the body for the Galant. Despite the fact that it may be a knockoff of a German car, it is beautiful with good performance and reliability. Most versions of the 2001 model come with a standard spoiler that accentuates its sporty demeanor. The 4 cylinder version provides an adequate amount of power while maintaining respectable gas mileage (27 mpg). The interior is roomy enough to be a family car and the dashboard is fitted with fake wood that looks pretty convincing at first glance. What I love most about this car is its easy accessibility -- changing the oil or spark plugs are easy because the parts are not hidden.

Drove mine new off the lot 12 years ago and after 224,000 miles, still runs awesome!
The only complaint I had was the bad paint job which was later recalled.

Overall, great deal. The car is excellent for the source that I am using it for. I feel that I will get my money out of this vehicle because of its' reliability. If a have the choice again, I want hesitate to do it again. God Bless Thank -U-
