1923 Ford Model T

It wasnt as advertiseds. Major problem with engine being a totally different engine. Very dirty, nothing worked, had to replace battery, head gaskets, no working lights, had to rewrire the entire car. Tires were dry rotted

I bought this Model-T because I wanted to have one I could drive and show while I was restoring my 1922 Model-T. The car is still fantastic having been restored in the 1960's. Drives great and the paint is very glossy yet.Compared to many I have researched, this one was in the best condition for the price.

Owning and driving a Model T is not an exercise in reliability, comfort, or quality and craftsmanship. It is an exercise in just plain fun and an experience that you will NEVER forget. The Model T community is absolutely wonderful and beyond helpful. In addition the true test of owning a collector vehicle is how it makes you feel when you drive down the road and how others react to it. It's impossible NOT to grin like a kid while your driving it, and this vehicle gets much more positive attention than any muscle car I've owned. This vehicle is so much different mechanically and functionally than any later vehicle, that it would be tough to do it without the Model T community. If your not familiar go look on youtube and you will see that simple things like how to start it and how to drive it are completely different than any later vehicle, much less things like how to check the oil. Almost any restoration part imaginable is available, but again without the community you may not even know when you need a part.

Do NOT TRUST these people. They lie! They ask for cash money so there is no trace and then won't give up the owners name and they keep the money until you get a lawyer and show them you mean business. They will soon be gone because Karma is a Bitch but they are so damn old they thinkk Karma is something sweet on an ice cream sundae! Glenn is dumber than dirt and she lies through her teeth to get your money and then tries to make a deal with you keeping $75.00 in my case so it may be different. Old people in trailer parks are poor and looking for scammer ways! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! I caught them and now they are trying to turn the tables. I gave the 500 buck deposit the next day after the hit the button to connect to paypal failed! I PAID it withing 23 hours while she said it had to be paid before 24 hours but the ad says 48 hours to pay the deposit to paypal. The next day she wanted me to wire tranfer 16K to an unknown account and refuse to tell me who was the owner. I told her she was nutz! No one will do this and why is Trailer Park Trash seling hot cars? They want to scam anyone for a few bucks and then sucker you for more. Stay away from their garbage. It's FAKE! car was as expected it needed some work but at the price we paid for a 1923 model t bucket street rod we could afford to spend a few thousand and still end up with a very nice hot rod at a fair price we also have to thank the seller for a smooth transaction thank you

It seemed to have a lot going for it, with some nice upgrades to the engine. Also the wire wheels were a plus. I think about adding a windscreen, though.

I was totally very pleased with the vehicle when I first saw it. When I bid on the car, I can't believe anybody else did'nt bid on this item and I was very pleased with the price I got it for. I'm not to pleased with the shipping part of this vehicle because when I received the car the shipper told me he could'nt get it to start. So I signed his paper so he could leave. I ended up towing it home about a half a block and pushed it in the garage. The next day I figured it needed a new starter and also the key switch was broken. The starter might be coincidle but I'm thinkin the shipper broke the switch. I'm thinkin when he tried to start it, he just kept turning it farther around till it broke. So for another $100.00 I finally got the car running. Very, very pleased with the seller in all. A very plesant person to work with. Thank you EBAY for a great toy at a great price.
